Membership

Membership registration is complimentary. Simply register to create your account. Each individual is allowed one (1) membership account only.

No. Each individual is only allowed one (1) membership account. The company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate any duplicate accounts.

There are four tiers based on your total accumulated Room Nights (RNs):

Classic : 0–20 RNs
Premium : 21–50 RNs
Luxe : 51–80 RNs
Prestige : 81 RNs and above

Your tier is based on the total number of eligible Room Nights (RNs) accumulated. One (1) RN counts as one (1) room booked and completed for one (1) night. Only fully completed and paid stays are counted — future, cancelled, or unpaid bookings do not qualify.

If no completed stays are recorded for six (6) consecutive months from your most recent checkout, ten (10) RNs will be deducted from your balance and your tier adjusted. If inactivity continues for a further six (6) months (12 months total), another 10 RNs will be deducted. Your balance will never fall below zero and your tier will never go below Classic.

No. Membership, tier status, and all associated benefits are strictly non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or misuse membership may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting or closing your account. Termination will result in the loss of all accumulated Room Nights and cancellation of all benefits and privileges.

Redemption Points

Only registered Members are eligible to earn Points on eligible spending made through the Five Senses booking platform. You must provide your valid membership ID at the time of the transaction — retroactive crediting of Points will not be entertained.

Points are awarded at ten (10) Points for every RM1 of eligible spend, calculated in Malaysia Ringgit only. A minimum spend of RM1 is required — amounts below RM1 are rounded down. For example:

RM5.90 = 50 Points
RM1.11 = 10 Points
RM0.90 = 0 Points
RM45.00 = 450 Points

Points are typically credited within 24 hours after a successful transaction is confirmed. In some cases, crediting may take up to 7–14 working days for system processing or verification.

You must raise any dispute within 2 days after the last day of the event to which the claimed Points relate, with supporting evidence provided.

Points may only be redeemed for items in the redemption catalogue on the Five Senses platform. Rewards can be physical or virtual (e.g., vouchers, codes, e-gifts), subject to availability and applicable restrictions.

No. Once rewards have been selected or redeemed, no amendment, cancellation, or refund is allowed.

Points are valid for six (6) months from the date they are credited to your account. Expired Points are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

No. Points have no cash value and are non-exchangeable, non-convertible, and non-transferable. They may not be gifted, sold, or assigned to another person.

Any remaining Points will be forfeited immediately upon account closure and will not be reinstated, transferred, or refunded.

Privacy & Data

By enrolling in the program, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information to administer the Five Senses Membership Program, in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Your information may be disclosed to third-party suppliers where necessary to facilitate reward delivery or service fulfilment. Once disclosed, you are responsible for liaising directly with those third parties. Five Senses disclaims liability for any third-party misuse of disclosed information.
