- Place your key card or physical key securely inside the mailbox. Ensure it is property returned to its original location.
- Before closing the mailbox, take a clear photo of the key or card inside, and send it to the property's contact number listed in your booking confirmation.
Cancel 14 days prior to arrival date charge 50%, 7 days charge 100%, No show 100% charge.
A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

It's unique suit with Japanese wooden bathtub. Room is not that spacious but has almost everything we need for relaxing stay before long flight. Thank you for early check-in and late check-out. Please keep the cleanliness and quality of service.
